In this session we will go beyond addressing mental pain, to try some tools for optimizing cognitive function. To begin we’ll review our subroutine for balancing energy around the head area, introduced March 4 and 11. (In preparation: How much can you remember? Can you review the nine hand positions on your own?)
Next we’ll apply our basic 101 healing tools to specific “aches” — areas of scattered or fuzzy cognitive processing in our current lives.
The brain (and central nervous system) is part of the animal organism. Therefore, we can use (more or less) the same energy techniques to address brain aches or inefficiencies, in nearly the same ways as we do for aches and unsteadiness in any other part of the organism …
AS USUAL, try to be in a cozy quiet place without interruptions.
Bring some water or a warm drink to sip.
CAVEAT: Energy healing can help to alleviate everyday aches and injuries, and can support your general health and mental attitude. This works at the same level as home remedies, analgesics and band-aids, nutrition and probiotics, exercise and steam baths, kisses and hugs. THESE METHODS ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE for standard interventions in case of a serious (physical or mental) illness or injury.
This workshop is suitable for total beginners and for people with some energy healing experience. It is also an opportunity for more advanced practitioners to revisit the basics in a no-brand environment. If you have favourite cognitive wellness tools, i would love to hear about them.
Please do forward the meeting link directly to one or two people you know who might benefit from the session.
May 6 2021, 17:45 to 19:15, repeated May 13.
