The pattern of any relationship is like a dance. It is usually easy to continue in familiar steps and rhythms. However, energy awareness can help us notice when it’s possible to change the tune, change the rhythm or pace, change who leads which steps. We can use energy activation to help us create new dances, choreograph new steps, and learn to dance better and more smoothly with each partner.
Please try to be in a place where you will not be disturbed. For this session be prepared to stand up and move around a bit. It’s also good to have some water or a warm drink to sip.

This works at the same level as home remedies, analgesics and band-aids, nutrition and probiotics, exercise and steam baths, kisses and hugs. This workshop is suitable for total beginners and for people with some energy healing experience.
