How to make things glow

Do you have a favourite sweater, or chair, or pen, that always makes you feel better when you touch it? A favourite song that always touches your heart? Does folding the laundry or dusting or some other routine activity always make you feel the world is a better, calmer place? Simple things and activities like these can be attuned, invested with energy and made to “glow” with healing capacity.

In this session we’ll learn how to activate ordinary things around us with healing energy. We may also learn to activate tasks or habits that are parts of our daily and weekly routines.

Please bring one or two habitually used objects (possessions or tools), preferably ones made of natural materials, to infuse with energy.
Try to be somewhere you won’t be interrupted.
Bring water or a warm drink to sip.

This session is suitable for total beginners and for people with some energy healing experience. It is also an opportunity for more advanced practitioners to revisit the basics in a no-brand environment. Please do invite friends who may enjoy these techniques.
