What can you do when anyone around you (even yourself) gets a scrape, a bruise, an insect bite, receives a verbal slap or has a chronic ache flare up? Are you ready to practice your new energy skills, whenever this kind of opportunity arises?

CAVEAT: Energy first aid techniques are for alleviating simple, everyday aches and injuries. This works at the same level as home remedies, analgesics and band-aids, nutrition and probiotics, exercise and steam baths, kisses and hugs. THESE METHODS ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE for proper health care in the case of serious injury or illness.

This workshop is suitable for total beginners and for people with some energy healing experience. It is also an opportunity for more advanced practitioners to revisit the basics in a no-brand environment. If you have experience with a particular healing discipline, i would love to hear about your own favourite first aid tools. Please do invite anyone you know who may be interested, even respectful sceptics.
