If possible, be in a cozy quiet place without interruptions. Maybe bring along a blanket or teddy bear, and definitely a warm drink to sip.
CAVEAT: Energy first aid techniques are for alleviating simple, everyday aches and injuries. This works at the same level as home remedies, analgesics and band-aids, nutrition and probiotics, exercise and steam baths, kisses and hugs. THESE METHODS ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE for proper health care in case of serious injury or illness.
This workshop is suitable for total beginners and for people with some energy healing experience. It is also an opportunity for more advanced practitioners to revisit the basics in a no-brand environment. If you have favourite cognitive wellness tools, i would love to hear about them.
