What makes some people easy to be around? Part of the reason may be that they have a well-functioning solar plexus chakra.
Located just below the breastbone, the solar-chakra is the centre that supports “I, me, mine.” However this is not about being “egotistical” in the usual sense! Rather, it is about growing into a self with integrity, offering myself as a friend or ally, living by the moral and spiritual values I have chosen, taking pride in my careful craftsmanship and my effects in the world.
*I* have a dream … (said MLK jr)
(N.B. Egotists often struggle with arrested Root-chakra activation.)
If you attended previous Root- and Sacral-chakra activation sessions (June 3, and 17) then you know approximately what to expect. If you missed those sessions, please do join us now!
Social time at 17:30
Energy workshop from 17:45 to 19:15
Bring a drink, and a blanket (even if it’s warm.)

This is a session for balancing the body. Don’t worry if you don’t know what a chakra is or have never felt yours in action. If you can breathe, you can participate and benefit from body and charkra balancing.
Definitely try to be in a place where you will not be disturbed for the length of this session. Be prepared to bend and stretch a little bit, either in your seat or standing up.
CAVEAT: Energy healing can help to alleviate everyday aches and injuries, and can support your general health and mental attitude. It works at the same level as home remedies, analgesics and band-aids, nutrition and probiotics, exercise and steam baths, kisses and hugs. THESE METHODS ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE for standard interventions in case of a serious (physical or mental) illness or injury.
This session is suitable for total beginners and for people with some energy healing experience. It is also an opportunity for more advanced practitioners to revisit the basics in a no-brand environment. If you have favourite tools, i would love to hear about them.
Please do forward the meeting link directly to one or two people who might benefit from the session.
July 8 2021, 17:30 to 19:30.
